I got to spend a brisk morning with Ryan, Rachelle, Caleb and Gavin! Gavin recently turned one, so it was time to celebrate and document this milestone in his little life so far. Although Ryan and Rachelle are my brother and sister in-law, I don’t get to see them nearly as much as I would like to, I LOVE getting to take their photos. PLUS, I have plenty of out-take photos to use when my nephews grow up 🙂 . Auntie bonus! I love getting to watch them grow up like this. Such a blessing.

Ever notice that when you are around certain people, even the coldest, drizzliest day can feel cozy and warm? Nicole is a friend of mine, and is currently out on maternity leave celebrating her newest bundle of joy, Sam the THIRD! It was wonderful to spend some time with her and her beautiful family at their home in Maple Grove, Minnesota. Sam (the II) and Nicole are such a warm and inviting couple, and have two amazing kiddos. They are truly family oriented and the way they love their kids is very evident. And Ms. Nora! There are a few facts I know about her: 1. her favorite color is purple. 2. she looks just like her beautiful mommy, and 3. she is REALLY good at counting!
